1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be confirmed via call, WhatsApp, or email.
- Advance payment may be required to confirm long-distance or special package trips.
2. Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellations made 24 hrs before the trip: Full refund
- Within 12 hrs: 50% refund
- Within 6 hrs or no-show: No refund
3. Pricing & Charges
- Fare includes driver allowance and fuel unless stated otherwise.
- Toll, parking, interstate permit, or entry fees are charged extra.
- Waiting charges apply beyond agreed limits.
4. Vehicle & Driver
- Clean, well-maintained vehicles will be provided as per booking.
- Drivers are experienced and instructed to follow safety and hygiene protocols.
- Alcohol consumption or smoking in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
5. Safety & Conduct
- We reserve the right to refuse service to unruly or unsafe behavior.
- Passengers must wear seat belts and follow driver instructions.
6. Responsibility
Siddhi Vinayaka is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or road conditions.
- Personal belongings are the responsibility of the passenger.
